Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the day you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unread/unused and in the same condition you received them

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or faulty goods

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it for you.

For damaged items, please include photos showing:

  • The damage to the item

  • The packaging it arrived in

  • The shipping label

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to begin the return process for your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
